Thank you for showing interest in Mahakal Desert Adventure Tourism LLC, we admire the package selection that you selected for your tour. Booking of your package can be done through our online website. Once you have done booking of your tour package, it will be considered as you have read the terms and conditions associated with your tour. Kindly go through with terms and conditions in detail before availing of your tour package. We reserve the right to change/ amend any policy, at any time, keeping in view the circumstances.
1. PRICING AND RATES
Our policy is assurance of a regulatory valuing, beside the accommodation and reservation of pick up spot on the web. The cost plan quoted of tour package, on our website is calculated as per individual / per person. These costs do not include any sort of tip for crew workers / staff and drivers. The rates mention on our website might be change without any prior notification. This increase or decrease will only be made when the fuel prices, labor rate, lodging rates, or any transport rate are effected economically.
2. MODE OF PAYMENT
At the time of pickup, customer has to pay full in cash. Customer can also use bank deposit or bank transfer.
When you reserve with us, our tour staff will revert back you with confirmation e- mail. You are requested to go through the plan offered you, as our staff offers best match plan according to the season.
4. CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
- In case of any cancellation, charges may be applied.
- No charges will be applied in case of changing or revising of plan before 48 hrs.
- In case of changing or cancellation of tour between 48 hrs. & 24 hrs., 50% charges will be deducted.
- In case of changing, making amendments or cancellation of tour within 24 hrs. 100% charges will be deducted. And no cash will be returned. terms & conditions
4.2 No Show
If you don’t show for tour, then all discount offered will result in cancellation and cannot be utilized next time. The same policy will be applied on un- utilized desert safari, touring visits & dhow journey. In case of rescheduling, it will be considered as your confirmed visit. terms & conditions
5. CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
Before going for any cancellation, we suggest you to read carefully the cancellation rules and regulations that apply to your selected tour package. In order to cancel full or any of the booked activity, make sure you notify Mahakal Desert Adventure Tourism LLC about it, otherwise it will be considered as your last finalized booking with us. As you generate request for cancellation we will revert back to you via e-mail, or through phone call giving confirmation that we have acknowledged your request and also if any charges applied on cancellation. 6. ITINERARY ALTERATIONS
Direction-finding and instructions secured in your package are liable to change captivating into account neighboring/weather conditions, road direction plans and other thing related to it. If in case of any ambiguity you can directly contact to management in order to give you best alternative depending on availability. Mahakal Desert Adventure Tourism LLC reserve complete rights to execute slight changes/ adjustments in schedule whenever it is required, without any refund associated to it. Further, no compensation would be paid on the incident of any natural disasters, like flood and earthquake. terms & conditions
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Mahakal Desert Adventure Tourism LLC is not responsible for any incident or any damages as a result of any accident, sickness, damage, or loss of individual belongings or even the withdrawal of the tour. It is highly suggested that the Traveler must go through travel protection policy to handle unexpected incidents. terms & conditions
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Visitors are responsible for their travel documents; visitors should always carry their important documents all the time, which proves your identity. This is recommended for the visitors who visit out of country. There’s no discount on the incident of disaster or nonappearance of these appropriate records. Also the travelers, who are nationals, should also carry their documents and verify from their respective offices. terms & conditions
